Low Fibre Pizza Rolls

Amazingly delicious and crowd-pleasing, these low fibre pizza rolls are perfect for any family gathering or party. The ultimate party food if you want something tasty while paying attention to your health and weight.

What you need (for 20 rolls)

  • 350 g warm water
  • a pinch of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) (optional)
  • 2-3 g Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 4 g active dry gluten free yeast
  • 20 g apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 450 g Low Fibre Gluten Free bread flour

Filling for pizza rolls: tomato paste, spices to taste, pinch of salt, sweetener of your choice or ketchup

Preparation

1. Mix flour with salt and oregano (and ascorbic acid)
2. Mix water, apple cider vinegar and active dry yeast in a bowl with a spoon, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add the flour mixture and knead the dough, performing circular movements.
3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes
4. Make rolls, sprinkle them with cheese or cheese substitue, depending on your diet
5. Put the rolls on a baking pan, lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for approx. 20-30 minutes.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 190 C oven.
