Rose wine

Rose wine products are made from blue grapes. The grapes come into contact with the fermenting must for a very short time, usually 2-3 hours. It can vary in color from quite pale purple-blue pink to moderately intense salmon or orange. This depends partly on the grape variety that produces the wine, partly on the characteristics of the place of production. But also on the processing itself. The rosé is close to red wines in color and taste. But much closer in character to white wines. This is no coincidence, as wines from blue grapes are much more characterized by notes reminiscent of red or black berries. Very pale color, light, lively and fruity wines. Very few colors and light aromas characterize these wines. They are not matured in barrels. They are made in a stainless steel tank. This method helps to preserve their freshness and fruitiness.
