Low Carb Diet Almond Meal is a gluten free almond flour which is low in fat and high in protein, fibres, vitamins and minerals.
Sukrin made this almond meal from cold-pressed raw almonds which are grown and produced in Spain.
If you aim to switch to a healthier lifestyle, this Sukrin almond flour is a perfect substitute for wheat flour. It can be used to make low fat cookies, cakes and even bread. Although almond flour behaves a little bit differently than regular wheat flour, you can learn how to use it quickly.
As almond flour lacks gluten which helps the yeast do its job, it is better to mix almond flour and wheat flour if you need to use yeast for your recipe. If you are not baking with yeast, you can replace wheat flour up to 100% with almond flour.
