Sugar Free Applesauce Apple Puree is a vegan, organic product with no added sugar in it.
We made our sugar free apple puree working with farmers who meet biodynamic standards and used their apple in 100% of this jar. The Applesauce has a Demeter certification.
Apple puree is a great ingredient which you can use in so many different ways during cooking and baking.
Applesauce can be a perfect substitute for eggs and fat in a lot of recipes.
Furthermore, it has a delicious flavour and smooth texture. You can use applesauce while you are making melt-in-your-mouth muffins for your kids, fruit loaf, different cakes or bread. The limit is only your imagination.

Our best Applesauce chocolate chip cookie recipe:
• 2 cups flour (your choice depending on diet)
• 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips
• One large egg
• ¼ cup sugar or sweetener
• ½ cup brown sugar or sweetener
• half a teaspoon cornstarch
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ cup coconut oil
• ¼ cup Sugar Free Applesauce Apple Puree
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
How to prepare this low sugar muffin:
First, iIn a medium bowl mix the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt. In another bowl combine the egg, vanilla, sugars, apple puree and oil.
Next, mix the wet and dry ingredients until they are combined. Pour the chocolate chips in the mixture and let the dough cool in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
Later, spray a baking sheet and scoop cookies onto it. Bake them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on 180°C.
