A great baked bean lasagna recipe:
• 2 tins Organic Food – Organic Baked Beans
• One tin chopped tomato
• 1 pepper
• One red onion
• 1 courgette
• 250 g mushrooms
• a clove garlic
• One tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon paprika powder
• cheese (optional)
• olive oil
How to prepare this rich baked bean lasagne:
Fry onion, pepper, courgette and mushrooms on a little olive oil until soft, then add all the wet ingredients with the baked beans to the mixture.
Layer it in a dish what you would normally use for lasagna. Cover it with foil and bake it for 20 minutes on 180-200°C.
Uncover it and add some cheese at the top (if you will) and bake it until the cheese is melted and golden.
