Organic Vegetables Canned Cannellini Beans are organic, vegan and there is no added sugar and salt in it.
Cannellini bean is a medium sized Italian bean which has a kidney shape with squarish ends, and it has a white colour. It is actually related to kidney beans and also called white kidney beans.
It is very popular in Italian cuisines due to its slightly nutty flavour and fluffy texture. There are healthy benefits to consuming cannellini beans because it is high in protein, fibre and essential minerals. Furthermore, it is low in fats.

Minestrone soup recipe:
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 4 celery sticks, chopped
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 crushed garlic cloves
• 2 large potatoes, cut into small pieces
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon tomato puree
• 400g can chopped tomato
• 400g Organic Vegetables Canned Cannellini Beans
• 2l vegetable stock
• 140g spaghetti chopped into small pieces
• ½ head cabbage, shredded
• crusty bread to serve
First, heat the oil in a pan. Meanwhile, put the carrots, celery sticks and onion into a food processor and cut them into small pieces. Add these vegetables, garlic and potatoes to the pan and cook them for 5 minutes on high heat until softened. Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
Then, pour in the vegetable stock, tomato puree and continue to cook the mixture on medium heat. After about 10 minutes add the cannellini beans and pasta and cook them for another 10 minutes.
Finally, add cabbages and cook it for a few more minutes. Season it and serve with crusty bread.
