Chestnut flour has great healthy benefits, such as a high level of vitamins, minerals and high-quality proteins. It contains essential amino acids, rich in dietary fibres and low in fats.
Many gluten free products do not have a high level of vitamins. However, this organic flour is rich in potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B group, vitamin E and magnesium. Therefore, it is very beneficial to use chestnut flour in our kitchen.
