• 1 can Diary Free Milk – Canned Organic Coconut Milk
• 2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• ¼ tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener
• few tablespoons chopped nuts
First, put the canned coconut milk into the fridge for a few hours or ideally overnight. This allows the fatty part of the milk to harden to cream so you can separate from the top.
Place the creamy part in a mixing bowl and whip it with a hand mixer on low speed while adding cocoa, honey or sweetener and vanilla extract. Start to whip the mixture at high speed until it is well combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into little bowls and serve them immediately. Top with your favourite nuts or berries.
