Use the 500 g Low Carb Doughnut Mix with 400 ml (14 2/25 fl oz) and mix it well.
Rest the dough until you heat oil in a frying pan. Then, you can use two spoons or a piping bag to form mini doughnuts – approximately 85 of them. Leave them on one side in the hot oil until your sugar free doughnuts are golden brown. Roll them over and wait until they are golden brown on the other side as well. Watch out! It doesn’t take too much time, so don’t leave their side. Within minutes, your easy-to-make low carb doughnuts are ready to eat for the joy of your whole family.

- Low-carb yeast doughnut recipe:
- Use one-fourth of a bag of Low Carb Diet Sugar-Free Donut Powder (125 g)
- 250 g of Low Carb Diet Baking Flour
- 3 g yeast
- 125 ml 4 fl oz water
- Low-carb yeast doughnut recipe:
- Use one-fourth of a bag of Low Carb Diet Sugar-Free Donut Powder (125 g) with 250 g of Low Carb Diet Baking Flour and mix them well.
- Add 3 g yeast and 125 ml (4 fl oz) water to get a light dough. Knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface until it is smooth. Cover and let the magic of yeast double the dough in size. Depending on the temperature, it takes approximately 20 minutes. Once your low-carb dough is ready, cut out doughnuts with a cutter (or a glass mug) and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
