150 g Low Carb Diet Sponge Cake Flour Mix
250 g Low Carb Diet Lactose and Gluten Free Shortcrust Pastry Mix
100 g coconut oil
50 ml water
Mix all the ingredients, roll out the dough and using a pastry cutter cut into the desired shapes. You can then fill with Dia-Wellness apricot jam or any filling of your choice.
Bake in the oven at 180 C until golden brown.
