Directions for Use
Ingredients: 250 g Dia-Wellness Beigli mix, 460 g BL55 flour, 300 g margarine (80%), 150 g water, 100 g apple sugar, 13 g yeast, 1 egg for egg wash
Mix low carb Beigli mix with flour and cold margarine. Add other ingredients and knead it into a homogeneous dough. Make approx. 300 g balls, and roll them to get an approximate rectangle. Spread Dia-Wellness Poppy Seed or Walnut filling, roll it up, apply egg wash with egg yolk and let it sit for 30 minutes. Apply egg wash with egg white and let the layer dry in a cold place. Prick the top of the cake and bake at 165 °C for 30-35 minutes. (Baking times may vary depeding on the accuracy of the oven.)
