500 g Low Carb Diet Potato Flatbread Flour Mix
400 – 440 ml water
20 g yeast
Put the yeast into 100 ml tepid water and set aside until it rises. Combine this yeast mixture with the rest of the ingredients to get a smooth dough. Then prove it for approximately 30 minutes on 30 Celsius degrees.
Divide the dough into 150 g pieces, flatten them a little, brush them with oil and cover them so they can rise for another 30 minutes.
Once the dough balls are proven, deep fry them on both sides until golden brown.
This recipe gives you approximately 8 deep fried potato flatbread.
