Healthy Chocolate and gluten free hazelnut cookie:
Ingredients
1 cup healthy chocolate and low carb hazelnut spread
1 cup low carb sugar substitute
a large egg
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cup low carb flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips, dark (optional)
Directions
First of all, preheat oven to 180 degrees or 4 in gas and line a baking sheet on a tray.
Secondly, place the healthy chocolate and low carb hazelnut spread and the low-carb sugar substitute in a large bowl. Then mix it for a few second. Add the egg and vanilla and stir it. Combine the salt, baking soda and low carb flour and mix it again. Form the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough each) and place them on a tray.
