Our Favourite Rye Bread Recipe:
- 200 g Dia-Wellness Baking Flour with Rye
- 6 g yeast
- 150 g water
- 6 g butter or margarine
- 8 g milk powder
- 4 g salt
- 4 g apple sugar sweetener
Mix the ingredients well together, then let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Shape the dough into small loaves, then let it rest again for another 10 minutes, after 40-50 minutes of leavening, bake it in the oven at 190-200 °C.
