- • 500g Gluten Free Bread Flour
- • 450-470 g water
- • 40 g olive oil
- • 22 g yeast
- Mix Gluten Free Bread Flour with 22g fresh yeast, 450-470 g water and 40 g olive oil. Knead it by hand for 15-20 minutes or use a bread machine for 10 minutes on high speed. Place it on a slightly greased baking tray and let it prove for about an hour or until doubled size. Bake it for 60-70 minutes at 210°C.
