Our favourite morning bread recipe
- 1 active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- Bread Seasoning mix
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water in a bowl. Wait for a 1-2 minutes and then add flour and salt. Beat until the mixture becomes smooth. Add more flour if necessary and form a soft dough. Add spice mix and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Shape into a loaf and bake (190 degrees Celsius) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
