How to prepare this vegan fruit cake:
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
- In a big bowl, start with mixing the ingredients in order.
- Add the gluten free fruit cake to a medium size loaf pan (21.5 x 11 x 7cm or 8.5′ x 4.4′ x 2.3′)
- Place the loaf pan into the preheated oven and bake your fruit cake for 60 minutes without a fan.
- Once ready, let it cool on a cooling rack and slice only after that.
