Gluten Free Orange Chocolate-Flavored Buckwheat porridge

Suggestions for using Buckwheat porridge base:
No-cook porridge (1 serving)
Mix 50 g porridge base with 90 g milk of your choice (almond milk, soy milk etc. and add sweetener of your choice.
Serve porridge with fresh or dried fruit and nuts.
Soft, vegan granola bar (10 pcs)
Ingredients
- 150 g porridge / biscuit base
- 160 g apricot jam
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients and let the mixture rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Spread the granola mix on a non-stick parchment paper and level the mixture with a wet spoon.
- Cut into 10 pieces / bars
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake granola bars for approx. 40 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving
Store in plastic bags at room temperature.
