- • 250g Gluten free sponge cake mix
- • 150 ml oil
- • 100 ml water
- • Icing sugar
- • Diet Jam
- • Fresh strawberries
- 1. First, prepare your square 22cm baking tray with greasing it.
- 2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C gas mark 4.
- 3. Get a medium bowl and add 250g Gluten free sponge cake mix, 150ml oil and 100ml water. Whisk it t until it becomes smooth.
- 4. Then pour the mix into the baking tray and place it in the oven. Bake it for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Once the dough is baked, take it out from the oven and let it cool down.
- 6. After cooling down, slice the sponge into two equal round layers to create a delicious gluten free Victoria sponge cake.
- 7. Next, spread a layer of diet jam on one of the bottom halves, and then place the top half on it carefully.
- 8. Lastly, sprinkle some diet icing sugar on the top and decorate it with fresh strawberries.
