Our Favourite Linzer Tart Recipe
– 200 g BL55 flour
– 100 g DW Linzer Cookie Base Powder
– 120 g margarine
– 20-25 g water
Preparation: Mix the ingredients well together, then cut the linzer cookie shapes. Bake them for 8-10 minutes at 160-170 °C. Use Dia-Wellness jams as a spread.
