Preparation:
Carefully separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with Dia-Wellness Sugar Substitute 1:1 Calorie Free 1:1 Sweetener With Erythritol and Stevia – 500g
.
Add whipped egg whites and slowly add Dia-Wellness Spongecake mix.
Pour the batter into an oily, floury cake pan and bake until golden brown in a preheated oven (180 ºC ).
