The Tarragon is an all-natural sweet flavoured spice with distinct notes of liquorice, basil, anise and a whisper of grass and pine. If there is any herb that you should always have at hand is Tarragon because you never know when you may need it. This is the main spice used in the sauce of the French béarnaise as well as the fine herbs. The Dried Tarragon Leaves spice is prepared from dried tarragon leaves meaning it’s all natural, non-GMO and gluten-free.

Herb Marinade Recipe for Delicious and Moist Meat dishes
- 2 tbsp vegetabel oil
- 2/3 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp minced, fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Szafi Refrom dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary and thyme leaves
Mix all the ingredients, stir well. This amount is enough for approx. 1 kg meat of your choice
