Ingredients (for 4-5 servings): 800 g minced meat, 1 teaspoon oil, 80 g Gluten Free Bolognese Sauce , 4 dl water, 1 dl natural tomato concentrate
Preparation:
Fry the minced meat in the hot oil. Meanwhile, mix the Bologna powder with the water and tomato concentrate.
Finally, we pour the base powder mixed in water and tomato concentrate on the meat, and we cook it again from the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with diet pasta.
Vegetarians and vegans can replace meat e.g. with eggplant!

In addition, this polyol has zero calories and an absorbable carbohydrate. The excessive intake of this polyol can cause upset stomach or diarrhoea.
