Gluten Free Flour Sukrin Peanut Flour is naturally gluten free, high in fibres and protein.
A peanut flour which is made from US-grown peanuts. Once the peanuts are ready, we then simply roasted them and ground into a paste. Then pressed out the oil and refined the peanut mass that is left.
The pressed oil is not a waste, due to its delicious and distinctive flavour, it is also used widely by chefs. Because most of the oil is pressed out, peanut flour is low in fat. However, it is still high in protein, fibres and other nutrients.

• 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
• 1 cup oat flour
• ½ cup Gluten Free Flour Sukrin Peanut Flour
• 1/3 cup coconut palm sugar
• pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp baking powder
• Two large eggs
• Two medium bananas, ripe
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 2 tbsp vanilla extract
First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Next, in a large bowl mash bananas until they are liquid and then add eggs, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix it well.
Then combine the flours, sugar, salt and baking powder to the mixture and stir it until smooth. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan. Bake it for about an hour. Finally, top it with peanut butter and honey.
