Due to the maturation in oak barrels, a slight vanilla character can be felt in the drink, which does not compete with the fruit, but rather complements it. It has a thick, slightly jam-like taste, a cinnamon-like, spicy aroma typical of the plum variety, and a long aftertaste. Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
