Ingredients (1 serving)

30 g Szafi Free Quinoa Porridge powder, 150 ml coconut milk, 4-5 g Szafi Reform sweetener, Fresh fruit or dried fruits, seeds according to taste and diet


Mix porridge with coconut milk and sweetener. The mixture should be heated only until the mixture thickens, while stirring constantly. Serve with fresh or dried fruit or seeds!

Please, keep in mind that the recommended daily intake of chia seeds is a maximum of 15 grams! 1 serving contains 2 grams of chia seeds!
