- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4-5 small ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Szafi Reform Raw Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Preheat the oven for 180 °C
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Combine all the wet ingredients and stir thoroughly in a larger bowl
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until smooth
- Pour the batter into a loaf mold (lined with parchment paper)
- Bake for 50-60 minutes
- Keep leftovers in the refrigerator
