A perfect Low Carb Flour Substitute Gluten Free Sukrin Sesame Flour is the gluten free, low-fat wheat flour substitute, which we made from cold-pressed, raw, fat-reduced sesame seeds.

Since this gluten free flour is low in fat, consuming this low carb flour helps prevent diabetes and also contributes to lowering blood pressure and cholesterol level.
The high fibre content is magnificent for digestion. Sesame oil is excellent for the skin, not just against ageing, but also it can help reduce the chance of skin cancer.
Our favourite nut-free, gluten-free, low carb bread recipe:
• ½ cup melted butter
• 6 eggs
• 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 2/3 cup Sukrin Low Carb Flour Substitute Gluten Free Sesame Flour
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp psyllium husks
• ½ tbsp xantham gum
Preheat your oven to 180°C. First, add all the ingredients to a mixer and blend until you can form a dough.
Then, you can shape the rolls or just leave it as a bigger loaf and spread the dough into a greased pan.
Finally, bake it for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
If you chose to bake rolls, bake them for about 10 minutes.
