- 150ml coconut milk
- 10g sugar alternative, like Erythritol or choose a 4x sweeter sugar replacement and use only 2.5g
How to prepare this gluten free coconut dessert:
- Mix the Coconut Cheesecake mix with the coconut milk and sugar alternative and let it still for 15 minutes.
