1. Add pasta to 10x boiling, salted water, and cook for 8-10 minutes without cover (cooking time may vary depending on the strength of the stove, the amount of dough and the size of the pot). During cooking, stir a few times to keep pasta from sticking and remove the foam using a filter/strainer.
2. Drain the paste after cooking and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Cook in more water than regular pasta. Do not cook more than one package of dough (200 g) at a time, because the foam produced during cooking can easily overflow. The above mentioned nutritional data do not include the salt added to the pasta as flavoring!
