Ingredients for 495g bread:
300 g Szafi Gluten-Free Low Fibre Bread Flour Mix
3 g yeast powder
1 g baking soda
4 g salt
275 g lukewarm water
20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 g oil spray (to the top of the bread)


  1. Melt the salt, yeast powder and baking soda in the lukewarm water, then mix it with the Szafi Gluten-Free Low Fibre Vegan Bread Flout Mix.
  2. Fill the dough into a 12×21 cm oven pan
  3. Flatten the top of the dough with a wet spatula.
  4. Leaven the dough for 40-50 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Preheat the oven to 210 °C, then bake the bread for 55 minutes.
