Preparation
1. Add pasta to 10x boiling, salted water, and cook for 4-6 minutes without cover (cooking time may vary depending on the strength of the stove, the amount of dough and the size of the pot). During cooking, stir a few times to keep pasta from sticking and remove the foam using a filter/strainer.
2. Drain the pasta after cooking and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Suggestion
Cook in more water than regular pasta. Do not cook more than one package of pasta (200 g) at a time, because the foam produced during cooking can easily overflow. The above mentioned nutritional data do not include the salt added to the pasta as flavoring!
