– 200 ml vegetable-based cooking cream
– 10+2 g lemon juice
– 300 ml water
– 2.2 lb meat or 1.1 lb raw eggplant
Mix water, 10 g lemon juice and 40 g sauce powder, add meat or eggplant and cook with lid on, until it gets soft. Remove lid and stir constantly.
Mix cooking cream with 2 g (2 tsp) lemon juice and 20 g sauce powder and add it to the water mixture while stirring constantly. This is going to be the thickening agent.
