Our favourite easy Szechuan chicken recipe
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 chicken breasts (cut into small cubes)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- Szechuan Seasoning Mix to taste
- Mix chicken with cornstarch to coat all the cubes. Fry the chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Stir in soy sauce, white wine vinegar and water.
- Add Szechuan Seasoning Mix and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with rice
