Crispy onion crackers recipe:
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or depending on diet you can change it)
• 1 cup Gluten Free Flour Tapioca Flour
• Three shallots, finely chopped
• Three cloves of garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp corned beef
• 1 egg
• One tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• Three finely chopped green pepper
In a medium bowl mix the all purpose flour and gluten free flour and add the shallots, green peppers and garlic. Season the mixture with beef bouillon cube, salt and pepper and stir it properly.
Then add the egg and corned beef to the centre of the mixture and knead the dough with your hand with some water. Once it is combined well, rest it for 15 minutes.
Next, flattened the dough and cut your crackers in shape.
Lastly, fry the biscuits in a pan until they are golden brown.
