TÓALMÁSI HOT SPICY SAUSAGE
Tóalmás hot spicy sausage is a semi-dry, traditionally matured smoked sausage containing pork, pork, ground pepper, garlic, marinade, chili oil, cumin seeds and table salt. Preserved with natural smoke.
Well sliced product stuffed into the small intestine of pork, 30 mm in diameter and steamed to 30 cm in length.
No foreign smell or taste can be detected in the smell, only the pleasantly smoked, spicy meat characteristic of the product type.
