Tóalmási peasant sausage is a medium-dry, traditionally matured, smoked sausage, which contains pork, pork bacon, ground paprika, garlic, sponge, cumin seeds and table salt. It is preserved with natural smoke.
A well-sliced product stuffed into the small intestine of pork 30 mm in diameter, mated to a length of 30 cm.
No foreign smell or taste can be found in its aroma, only the pleasantly smoked, spicy meat characteristic of the type of product.
