120g Update Master mix, 80g whole wheat flour, 200g lukewarm water, 2tbs olive oil, 1tsp salt, 1tsp baking powder
Need the dough carefully, then let it sit for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a silicone sheet with the master mix and knead the dough slightly, then cut into four pieces & roll out the dough evenly. Bake the pieces in a nonstick pan till the dough is golden brown.
