VEGAN CARROT „MEATBALLS”
This vegan meatball base powder contains only natural and vegan ingredients, such as buckwheat flour, vegetable fibres, and spices.
With its protein content, Vegan Carrot Meatballs perfectly supports a vegan diet and supplies protein intake. Vegan meatballs can be easily made with any added chopped vegetable, especially carrot and courgette. This vegan meatball base powder is naturally gluten-free, so it completely fits in a gluten-free, gluten sensitive diet.
HERE IS OUR VEGAN MEATBALL (WITH CARROT) RECIPE
100 g Vegan Vegetable Rissole Base Powder
1 g garlic powder
65 g chopped carrot
5 g chopped parsley
10 g lemon juice
80 g water
frying in coconut oil
Put the carrot, the parsley and the garlic powder (or garlic) into a shredder and mix it together.
Then mix it with the water, lemon juice and finally with the Vegan Vegetable Rissole Base Powder.
Let it set for 15 seconds.
After that, split the whole into 9 same sized parts, and form them to small meatballs with wet hands.
Heat the coconut oil, and fry the meatballs for 2,5 seconds, both side.
Finally, take them out and let them chill. ENJOY!
