Gluten-Free Langos Recipe (Hungarian Deep-Fried Flatbread)

Ingredients (2 servings):

✔️ 140g Vegan & Gluten-Free Flatbread Flour
✔️ 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
✔️ 100ml Lukewarm Water
✔️ Coconut Oil (for forming dough & frying)

Method:

1️⃣ Heat virgin coconut oil in a large pan.
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients first, then add the flour mix. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Knead briefly, divide into two parts, and shape into 6-inch wide flatbreads.
4️⃣ Fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
5️⃣ Remove excess oil and serve with dairy-free cheese and plant-based cream.
