Paleo Diet Herbs and Spices – Wonder Grill Seasoning Mix
To add a great flavour to your grilled beef or pork, what you need is just the Wonder Grill Seasoning Mix. Marinade spice mix especially is the best deal for beef and pork. It is made from acid, oil and seasoning which can be used to soak proteins just before cooking. Besides these additions tenderizing your food, they are a great flavour to your final dish.
To make the ideal marinade all you need is oil, acid and obviously the seasonings for the extra flavour. The seasoning can be made from a variety of spices ranging from dried spices to fresh herbs and aromatics.
The herbs and spices are a great addition to the flavour while the salt ensures that the proteins maintain their juicy nature. The extra sweeteners will then balance the level of acidity in the marinade.
The possible spice combinations for beef and pork spice rub include; oregano, rosemary, thyme, garlic, ginger chilli peppers among others. For the sweeteners jam preserves or maple syrup is a perfect option. The final tenderness and flavour of the grilled meat is what matters.
