– 5 tbsp chia seed
– 4 dl coconut milk
– sweetener (to taste)
– 1 Vanilla Gluten Free Custard Powder
– 3 dl coconut milk
– forest fruit mix and mint leaf for decoration
Mix chia seed with 4 dl coconut milk, add sweetener then let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Add vanilla custard powder to 3 dl coconut milk, then cook it until it gets thick, while stirring constantly. When it gets creamy, take it off the stove!
Layer the chia seed mixture and the vanilla mixture and put fruit on top! Serve cold! Enjoy!
