• Dibenzo-alpha-pyrones: min. 750 mcg / min. 1.5 mg

PrimaVie® Shilajit extract, tapioca starch, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule).

Recommended Dosage

• Take 2 × 125 mg or 2 × 250 mg PrimaVie® Shilajit daily (2 × 1 or 2 × 2 capsules).
• Best taken with or after meals.
• If possible, avoid taking it with tap water.
