Delivery Policy
At Slim and Smart Ltd. we are committed to offering the best service to our customers. We dispatch all orders on a next working day delivery service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery to the UK is charged per complete order regardless of how many items are ordered.
Shipping price is £8.59 to UK Mainland addresses. Free delivery over £75 unless you have ordered frozen products.
Frozen food delivery price is £9.60 to UK Mainland addresses
Delivery of frozen products is always subject to a charge. No free shipping.
The shipping price has been modified so that the amount includes the shipping cost and the price of the box. Consequently the price is always £9.60.
We do not take responsibility for products that have been damaged during delivery as a result of poor handling or storage. Our company assumes no liability for parcels not taken on the indicated delivery day.
Shipping price is £24.00 and two day delivery to Scottish Highlands – AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-AB38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50. There is no free shipping in this area. Frozen shipping price is £24.00 in this area.
When placing an order, please keep in mind that if the parcel is not received, and the contents of the package go bad or become damaged, our company will not be held responsible for the incident. DPD will send a message to the contact details provided (e-mail) on the day of delivery. In this message, you have the option to select what the delivery driver should do with the package if you are not at the specified address at that time, in that 1-hour time frame. You have the following options: safe place or neighbours (please specify exactly which one). In the absence of instructions, the delivery driver cannot leave the package there, but will try to deliver it again on the next working day. OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED!!!

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we think that the recipient may be under 18. Where delivery requires a signature on receipt, the docket must be signed only by a person who is 18 or over.
Returns
We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive at you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team email us: info@slimandsmart.co.uk
Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this. If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the despatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
Additional Returns Information
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.
We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don’t make it back to our warehouse.
