• St. John’s Wort Version – For those not currently taking hormone-based or prescription medication.

• Goldenrod Version – Suitable for those who are taking hormonal treatments, oral contraceptives, antibiotics, blood thinners, or mood-related medications.

💡 If you are on any prescription medication, we recommend choosing the Goldenrod version.

🍵 How to Brew & Enjoy

• Add 1 tablespoon of the blend to 300ml of boiling water

• Cover and steep for 10 minutes, then strain

• Enjoy warm, plain or with a bit of honey if desired

📆 Suggested Daily Intake

Depending on your personal routine and preference, you may enjoy:

• 1 mug per day – light herbal support

• 2 mugs per day – moderate daily use
