We believe we don’t just need to watch how much we eat during our diet (sometimes we do not even have to bother with that), but most importantly, we need to consider the ingredients we use. We challenge you to try to avoid ready and delivered meals because then you are out of control and won’t know what you actually consume.

A flexible diet which can be followed by people with diabetes too. There are results of clinical research which suggest a low carb diet can help you manage your blood sugar level and resolve diabetes type 2 without medication.
The great thing is that a low carbohydrate diet can easily support weight loss by reducing insulin production. As insulin helps store fat, when you have less insulin, you store less fat. It is good for your health as well as for your weight loss ambitions.
You don’t necessarily have to count the calories in the food you eat during this diet. You have to aim for eating as little carbohydrate as possible and increase your vegetable and water intake.
You can still eat your loved desserts, but replace your flour and sugar you use with their low carb alternatives.
