Grilled and Breaded Fish Seasoning Mix
There are some rigid spices available on the market that you may actually not like. Instead of compelling yourself to such, why don’t you try and make your own grill seasoning for your fish? Here you will have the chance to blend in some of your favourite flavours to the spice blend. What is even better: with this grilled and breaded fish seasoning mix, you don’t have to worry about the ratios. This spice mix is ready to cook with.
To start with, the basic idea is to know which spices will blend in well with fish. There is a whole list of herbs and spices that would make a perfect rub for your grilled fish. Some of these spices include; ginger, garlic, lemon zest, turmeric, masala, oregano, parsley, thyme, basil, fennel, coriander, cayenne among others. It all depends with fish species you want to consume.
The best grilled fish seasoning mix should be a combination of the above mentioned spices then blended thoroughly in a bowl. The combination is open for creativity. For the breaded fish recipe, you should first pat dry the fish fillets and then proceed to cutting them in to two pieces.
The smaller pieces ensure that your fish is cooked evenly. Season it with salt and pepper. Prepare eggs and breadcrumbs separately, dip the fish in the egg paste and then into the bread crumbs on both sides. Medium heat until the bread crumbs become golden brown in colour.
