Ingredients (for 8 pieces of big cupcakes):
- 140g Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcake Mix
- 4 free-range M eggs
- 20g coconut oil
- 70g water
- approximately 40-50g Erythritol
How to prepare these Paleo muffins:
- Mix the eggs, liquid coconut oil and water.
- Add the Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcake Mix and Erythritol. With a hand mixer, mix them until the batter is soft and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
- Pour the mixture into 8 big cupcake trays.
- Bake the muffins for 20 minutes and then let them cool on a cooling rack.
