Gluten-Free Bread Recipe (455g Loaf)
Ingredients:
✔️ 250g Gluten-Free Bread Flour Mix
✔️ 3g Salt (adjust to taste)
✔️ 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice or 20ml White Wine Vinegar
✔️ 280ml Lukewarm Water
✔️ 1g + 1g Coconut Oil (for browning the crust)
Method:
1️⃣ Mix water, lemon juice, and salt.
2️⃣ Gradually add the flour mix and stir until a dough forms.
3️⃣ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
5️⃣ Shape into a bread loaf, brush with coconut oil, and bake for 50 minutes.
6️⃣ After baking, brush with coconut oil again and bake at 200°C (392°F) for an additional 15 minutes.
7️⃣ Allow to cool before slicing.
