Directions for Use
Ingredients
- 500 g Low Carb Muffin Mix
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 300 ml water
OR
- 500 g Low Carb Muffin Mix
- 200 g melted margarine
- 250 ml milk
Preparation
Mix the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour the batter into cupcake pan and bake at 180°C until golden brown (for approx. 15 minutes). Serve homemade low carb cupcakes with Dia-Wellness apricot jam.
